Pre-Wedding Home Decor Package
Backdrop & Seating
- Dimensions: Covers an 8ft x 8ft to 10ft x 8ft area, suitable for standard home ceilings.
- Style: Traditional theme using bright drapes (Yellow, Orange, Hot Pink) mixed with dense marigold (Genda) strings.
- Seating: Includes one decorated seat for the bride/groom (Sankheda chair, swing, or decorated diwan).
- Props: Includes 2 to 3 Rajasthani style embroidered umbrellas, brass Urli with floating petals, and localized marigold spots.
Entrance & Signage
- Welcome Board: 2x3 ft flex print mounted on a wooden easel stand with a floral bunch at the base.
- Walkway: Simple flower petal rangoli or marigold stringing at the main door.
Floral Composition
- Type: Dominantly Marigold (Orange/Yellow) and Mango leaves.
- Volume: Dense stringing for the backdrop with sparse placement around the venue.
Standard Banquet Stage Decor
Stage Design (20ft - 30ft Width)
- Backdrop: Layered fabric draping in pastel or theme colors using scalloped or straight pleat techniques.
- Floral Header: Top-border running floral arrangement (approx. 1ft depth) using a mix of artificial hydrangeas for volume and fresh roses/carnations for visual appeal.
- Monogram: Customized cut-out of couple's initials suspended in the center.
Furniture & Props
- Couple Seating: One premium 2-seater 'Royal' sofa (gold-rimmed/leatherette) or Victorian-style couch.
- Flooring: Standard Red or Grey carpet for the stage platform.
- Side Elements: Two tall vases or metal stands with floral bunches flanking the seating.
Lighting
- Ambiance: 8 to 10 LED PAR cans to wash the drapes in color.
- Focus: 2 Halogen/Warm white focus lights specifically for the couple.
Grand Wedding Decor Suite
Grand Main Stage (30ft - 40ft Width)
- Flower Wall Look: Dense backdrop feature constructed using artificial floral mats with significant fresh flower insertion (approx. 500-800 stems) for a premium look.
- Ceiling: Fabric masking of the truss structure with hanging chandeliers or floral danglers.
- Furniture: Premium wide sofa plus two accompanying single chairs for parents.
Entrance & Walkway
- Archway: Choice of a 15-20ft 'Fairy Light Tunnel' (metal arch wrapped in warm white lights) OR a heavy Floral Arch.
- Walkway: 6 to 8 decorative pedestals lining the aisle with fresh flower bouquets or glass lanterns.
- Signage: Large personalized welcome board with elaborate floral framing.
Photo Booth & Lighting
- Photo Booth: Dedicated 8x8ft Shimmer Wall (sequin panels) or thematic floral ring setup with neon signage.
- Lighting: Comprehensive lighting truss with washes, spots, and moving heads.

- Wedding Ceremonies: Entry tunnels with fairy lights, floral arches, and outdoor mandap decoration are my jam. I like everything to flow together, from the entrance to the main stage.
- Receptions: Think massive floral wedding stage backdrops, dramatic lighting, and ceiling drapery. I go big so your party feels next level.
- Haldi & Mehendi: Bright drapes, marigold garlands, quirky props, or even minimal setups - whatever you’re into. I know all the little rituals and make sure the space fits the moment.
