Every 65-minute session is designed to push you harder. My classes are structured to build stamina, refine your technique, and strengthen your core for real results.

About The Class Structure

Every 65-minute class follows a strict routine: 15 minutes of cardio, 40 minutes of technical strikes, and 10 minutes of core work. I keep my group batches small, with just 6 to 8 students, so I can personally correct your form on the pads and bags during every single round.
