About The Class Structure
Every 65-minute class follows a strict routine: 15 minutes of cardio, 40 minutes of technical strikes, and 10 minutes of core work. I keep my group batches small, with just 6 to 8 students, so I can personally correct your form on the pads and bags during every single round.
I do not believe in guessing games. When you show up for a session, you know exactly what you are getting. The first 15 minutes are for building your stamina through running, jumping jacks, squats, and lunges. This prepares your body for the heavy work ahead. The next 40 minutes are dedicated to the Art of Eight Limbs. We work on mirror-based shadow boxing, striking on vinyl standing bags, and direct, instructor-led pad work. This is where you learn to throw punches and kicks with real power. We end with 10 minutes of core conditioning, using exercises like sit-ups, crunches, and V-holds. You cannot have strong strikes with a weak core, so we finish by taxing the abs. Whether you are joining a small group batch in my Rajarajeshwari Nagar studio or coming in for a private session, this routine is the foundation of my teaching. It is simple, it is hard, and it works. My goal is to build your confidence through discipline, not through shortcuts. If you can handle the structure, you will see the results.
