This is the first thing parents see. It’s a quick, powerful look at what my training is all about: real skills, structured classes, and building confident kids.
The Class Structure
Each 65-minute session is broken down into three parts to maximize growth. We start with a 15-minute warm-up for stamina, then 40 minutes of Muay Thai skills, and end with 10 minutes of core work to build a strong foundation.
Learning Real Muay Thai
I teach the core techniques of Muay Thai so kids can build real skills. We work on everything from basic punches and kicks to more complex combinations using shadowboxing, heavy bags, and supervised pad work.
Discipline and Achievement
Training is tough, but it builds character and confidence that lasts a lifetime. I push my students to be their best and we recognize their hard work and achievements along the way.
