My training focuses on a strict 65-minute structure that balances stamina, technique, and core conditioning. We keep batch sizes small, with only 6 to 8 students per session, so your child gets the specific attention they need to master proper form and build real power.
Muay Thai is about more than just punches and kicks. It is about learning to focus when things get tough. I teach the Art of Eight Limbs to kids with the same intensity I bring to pro training, because the lessons of resilience apply everywhere.
Each session follows a consistent, proven routine:
- Warm-up (15 minutes): We build stamina with jumping jacks, squats, and running.
- Technique (40 minutes): This is where the work happens. Kids learn shadowboxing and striking drills using heavy bags and pads to develop proper form.
- Core & Cool-down (10 minutes): We finish with sit-ups and V-holds to build a strong foundation and prevent injury.
We train at my studio in Rajarajeshwari Nagar on shock-absorbing EVA foam mats. I provide communal gloves and pads, so you just need to bring your child ready to work. Some days are challenging, and not every kid finds it easy at first. But if they keep showing up, they surprise themselves. Whether your goal is self-defense, improved fitness, or giving your child a way to burn off energy with purpose, this is a place to find their real strength.
