Learn Real Muay Thai and Boxing Skills
Real Muay Thai is about more than just throwing punches and kicks. It is about building the discipline and confidence that sticks with you long after you leave the gym. See how I train students of all levels in Rajarajeshwari Nagar.
Heavy bag work is key for developing power and endurance. In this video, I'm holding the bag steady so my student can practice his punches and knee strikes with full force.
Training involves more than just hitting a bag. This shows the variety in our sessions, including partner drills with pads, footwork practice, and shadowboxing to refine technique.
About Learning Real Muay Thai
My training is not for those looking to just sweat in a crowded room. Every 65-minute session is rigid and focused on technique. We spend 40 minutes on pure skill work, shadowboxing, and intensive pad drills, followed by specific core conditioning. If you want to learn the Art of Eight Limbs properly, this is where you start.
Most people think martial arts is just a way to burn calories. Here, we train for reality. Whether you are a total beginner or looking to sharpen your form, my sessions in Rajarajeshwari Nagar are designed to build your foundation.
The 65-Minute Routine
We do not waste time in the studio. Every session follows a set structure:
- 15-minute Warm-up: High-intensity conditioning including running, jumping jacks, and cross-grip pushups. It is not just about getting warm; it is about building the stamina needed for the ring.
- 40-minute Technique: This is the core. We focus on proper form for punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. You will work on shadowboxing, heavy bag striking, and instructor-led pad work.
- 10-minute Core: We finish with sit-ups and V-holds. A weak core means a weak fighter.
Why Training Here Is Different
I do not believe in filler exercises. Everything we do—from the mirror-based technique checks to the pad work—is there to make you better. My batches are small (6-8 students), which means you get the attention you need to correct your posture and power. You will not get lost in a crowd here.
If you are tired of gyms that only teach you how to jump around, come train with me. We build strength, flexibility, and the kind of confidence that carries over into your life outside the studio.
