I skip the gym myths. We start with a full musculoskeletal screening and FMS to find where you are tight or imbalanced. If you cannot move correctly, you cannot get stronger safely. We use that baseline to build a program that prioritizes your needs.

Where We Train
I conduct sessions at Primal Patterns locations in Besant Nagar, Alwarpet, and Nungambakkam. You get access to full recovery protocols, including ice baths and contrast showers, because recovery is just as important as the training itself.
