About Coach & Physio Development Programs
We don't believe in abstract theory. Our development programs follow a strict 30/70 split: one-third covers the biomechanics and science in the classroom, while the remaining time is spent on the turf mastering drills, cueing, and actual program design. Whether you are learning VBT (Velocity Based Training) or return-to-sport protocols, you will walk away with frameworks you can apply to your very next training session.
Our approach bridges the gap between academic education and the realities of the field. Many professionals enter the industry with a strong grasp of anatomy but struggle to translate that into effective, scalable athlete programming. We have structured our masterclasses and workshops to solve exactly that.

All sessions are held at our Koramangala and Jayamahal facilities, providing access to the same equipment we use for elite training, including timing gates, reaction lights, and plyometric boxes.
