About Specialized Coaching Workshops
These workshops focus on immediate application. Whether you are learning life-saving CPR techniques from professional lifesavers or gaining competency in high-end performance monitoring technology like VALD ForceDecks, you leave with skills you can use the next day. We keep these sessions small to ensure you get hands-on time with the equipment and direct feedback from our faculty.
Bridging the Gap Between Theory and Practice
Many coaching programs stop at the textbook. Our workshops are designed to fill the gap by forcing a transition from reading about a technique to physically performing it. We believe a coach cannot effectively guide an athlete if they have not first experienced the methodology themselves.
Core Training Modules
1. Emergency Response and Safety Coaching involves risk. Our 'Restart a Heart' sessions are not just theory; you will practice CPR protocols on manikins under the guidance of experts from the Rashtriya Lifesaving Society. You leave these sessions with the confidence to act when seconds count.
2. Performance Technology Integration Data is only useful if you know how to interpret it. We host deep-dive sessions on VALD Performance equipment, including ForceDecks and NordBord. You will learn how to measure jump metrics, hamstring strength, and range of motion. We teach you how to collect this data, but more importantly, how to use it to adjust a training program for a specific athlete.
