Stop just memorizing textbooks. Join my practical workshops and mentorship programs in Bengaluru to master biomechanics, data-driven coaching, and real-world application.

During a conference presentation, I explain how to choose between a snatch and a clean based on an athlete's sport. For a velocity-dominant sport like cricket, the snatch is often more appropriate, while the force demands of wrestling make the clean a better choice. This is an example of applying force-velocity principles to program design.

In my workshops, the focus is on interactive learning. Here, I'm demonstrating proper upright row mechanics to a group of aspiring CSCS coaches, ensuring they understand the "why" behind the movement, not just the "how."

A look at how I apply my coaching philosophy in real-world settings, from guiding athletes through trap-bar deadlifts and front squats in the gym to managing speed work on the track. This is the synthesis of strength, power, and athletic development.

Correcting form on the bench press during a CSCS practical session. My mentorship focuses on providing immediate, specific feedback to help coaches master the fundamental lifts and effectively teach them to their own athletes.

A montage from an Olympic Lifting workshop I conducted for NSCA India students. We progress from foundational movements with PVC pipes to loaded barbells, ensuring a solid technical base before adding intensity.

A closer look at my presentation on the biomechanics of Olympic lifting. I delve into topics like rate of force development and intermuscular coordination to give coaches a deeper scientific understanding of these powerful movements.

It's always rewarding to work with a new group of enthusiastic coaches. This is a group shot from a recent NSCA CSCS workshop, where we spent the day focused on practical application and collaborative learning.

Observing and guiding a coach through a lat pulldown. I emphasize proper form to maximize targeted muscle activation and minimize injury risk, a critical skill for any S&C professional.

Discussing the setup for a seated cable row. We cover details like trunk position and scapular movement to ensure coaches can effectively cue their athletes for optimal back development and postural strength.

Breaking down the mechanics of core training. Here, I'm explaining how to properly engage the abdominals during a crunch, moving beyond simple reps to focus on true muscular control and stability.

About S&C Mentorship & Workshops

Most coaches master the theory but hit a wall when they step onto the gym floor. My workshops fix that by focusing on immediate, technical feedback—like how to precisely cue a clean or using video analysis to correct squat patterns—so you can coach with confidence from your very first session.
