About this collection
Most internships treat you like an unpaid assistant holding a clipboard, but this program is different. We put you directly into musculoskeletal screening masterclasses with specialists like Navneeth, and get you onto the track for live performance testing scenarios. You aren't just shadowing from the sidelines; you are hands-on, learning the actual science behind program design before you're ever expected to lead a session.
From Theory to Floor
This is a hybrid, 3-month program designed for coaches and physios who are tired of textbook fluff and want to see how high-performance sport actually works. You get direct mentorship, not just a lecture series. We operate in a zero-sales environment because my focus is on developing your coaching eye, not your ability to sell memberships.
What You Will Master
- Assessment: You will learn to conduct thorough musculoskeletal screenings, identifying imbalances before they become injuries.
- Programming: We move beyond basic sets and reps. You will learn periodization, load monitoring, and how to adapt training for both pro athletes and general population clients.
- Real-world Application: Whether it is mastering the Yo-Yo test, understanding plyometric mechanics, or running sprint drills, you will do these things yourself so you can coach them effectively.
The Career Pathway
We base this program in Chennai across our studios in Besant Nagar, Alwarpet, and Nungambakkam. Because we integrate you into our daily operations, you get a front-row seat to how a professional S&C facility runs. We treat this as an extended interview; our best interns often transition into full-time roles within our team or go on to secure positions with state and national-level teams.
FAQ
Do I need a degree to apply? While a background in sports science or physiotherapy helps, the most important criteria is your willingness to work hard and learn. If you are serious, I am in your corner.
Is this classroom-based? It is a hybrid. We have classroom theory, but the majority of your time will be spent on the floor, on the track, and observing actual client interactions.
