Our Speed & Power Workshop is a practical, system-driven session designed to build real athletic capability. This video captures the energy and focus of the workshop, where athletes and coaches learn to develop speed that shows up on the field.

This masterclass is a deep dive into the science and application of speed and power. The session is structured into four key modules: Velocity-Based Training (VBT), linear speed mechanics, power and ballistic methods, and data-driven performance analysis.

We start by identifying the root cause of performance plateaus. This educational breakdown explains why many adult runners are limited by their mechanics, not their fitness, setting the stage for how our workshops provide the solution.

To fix a problem, you must first understand it. This graphic details common mechanical errors like overstriding, poor front-side mechanics, and excessive ground contact time that prevent athletes from reaching their true speed potential.

About Speed & Power Development

Unlike standard seminars, our sessions prioritize movement literacy over theory. You will spend 70% of your time on-turf, applying sprint mechanics and plyometric progressions under real-time coaching, ensuring you leave with practical frameworks rather than just abstract notes.

We move beyond generic drills to teach the science behind every movement. Our masterclasses are built on core sports science principles, meaning every drill you learn is backed by data, from force-velocity profiling to ground contact time analysis.
