About Meet The Nutritionist
Stepping into my clinic is not about being judged by a scale or being given a restrictive list of 'forbidden' foods. When we sit down for a consultation, we focus on identifying the root cause of your health struggles, whether that is hormonal imbalance, persistent gut issues, or simple fatigue. My goal is to make sure you leave with a plan that fits your life, not one that forces you to change your entire existence overnight.
I built NutrItu as a sanctuary away from the noise of fad diets and conflicting nutrition advice found online. Too many people come to me after months of starving themselves, feeling guilty about every piece of roti or fruit. Here, we do the opposite.
My approach is rooted in science and 'daadi-naani ke nuskhe' (grandmother’s hacks). We look at your blood work, your lifestyle, and those daily habits that might be holding you back. If you are dealing with PCOS, thyroid issues, or simply struggling with energy, the first step is identifying what is actually going on inside.
We prioritize:
