Every athlete starts with a mandatory musculoskeletal screening. Our in-house physiotherapists identify your specific movement imbalances before you ever hit the track, allowing us to build a training plan that prioritizes injury prevention alongside your speed and endurance goals.
Training with Precision
We do not believe in generic workout sheets. At our training grounds in Andheri East, we focus on the 'why' behind every movement. Whether you are working on sprint mechanics for the 100m or improving your explosive power for the long jump, every drill is analyzed for form. We use plyometric training to build power from the ground up and resistance-based hill sprints to increase your VO2 max and mental toughness.

Our sessions are structured in phases—from base building in the first four months to peak performance cycles thereafter. Whether you are a sub-junior just starting to learn the rhythm of a hurdle or a serious competitor prepping for championship podiums, our group training environment ensures you have the support of a family that pushes you to beat your own records.
