I train athletes who refuse to settle. From the track to the podium, we focus on discipline, speed, and pure effort—no shortcuts, just results.

This is what it takes to build explosive power. Here, I'm guiding actor Harshvardhan Rane through a plyometric jump, a core exercise we use to develop the explosive strength needed for peak athletic performance.

Training is not just about drills, it's about pushing past your limits. Here is actor Gurmeet Choudhary putting in the work on the track, running the extra mile with pure determination. No shortcuts, just sweat and speed.

This is the result of discipline and hard work. A proud moment with my athlete after she won the gold medal in both the 100m and 200m events at the Goa state competition.

The block start is where a race is won or lost. This video shows two of my athletes exploding off the blocks, a critical skill we practice relentlessly to gain that split-second advantage.

We build power from the ground up. This is a clip of my athletes working on vertical box jumps, a key plyometric exercise to increase explosive strength and jumping ability. Nothing is impossible with enough *mehnat*.

Technique is everything. I am hands-on with every athlete, like in this photo where I'm correcting the starting position to ensure maximum power and efficiency off the line. Every detail matters.

How We Train

My coaching isn't for everyone. If you are looking for an easy sweat, this isn't it. We focus on the fundamentals that win races: block starts, explosive plyometrics, and biomechanical running efficiency. I spend my time on the synthetic tracks in Mumbai, usually in Bandra, correcting movement patterns until they are perfect.

The Process

Every athlete I take on gets a customized approach. For competitive runners aiming for Khelo India or university games, we work on race-day strategy, peak-week tapering, and lactic threshold management. For my celebrity clients, the focus shifts to sport-specific conditioning, ensuring they achieve camera-ready aesthetics through functional movement. We use competition-grade hurdles, resistance bands, and starting blocks to mimic real race environments.

Why Discipline Matters

I believe in Koi bhi kaam dil se karo (do every job with your heart). Discipline beats motivation every single time. Motivation fluctuates, but discipline shows up to the track when you don't feel like it. That is why my athletes win medals at the state and national levels.
