Reformer Pilates & Physio-Led Fitness
Experience a blend of science and movement. At my studio, I use a physiotherapist-led approach to guide your body through precise, restorative sessions in a fully equipped Kalyan Nagar space.
This is what happens when strength, flexibility, and trust come together. Using the Cadillac, we can explore movements that decompress the spine and build incredible upper body and core control. It’s a beautiful expression of the body's potential.
My background in physiotherapy is at the core of how I teach. Here, I am guiding a client through the 'Jackknife' or 'Sarvangasana' on the reformer, focusing on articulating the spine vertebra by vertebra. This precision is key to safely building strength and preventing injury.
The energy in our group classes is incredible. This is what weekends look like at the studio, a community of individuals moving together, challenging themselves on the reformers, and building strength with every session.
The Wunda Chair is a fantastic tool for building full-body strength and stability. This exercise requires immense core control and power, targeting the abdominals, hip flexors, and back extensors in one dynamic movement.
Many of us develop postural issues from sitting for long hours. I explain how Pilates directly addresses this by building the endurance of your deep core muscles, which are essential for holding a healthy posture throughout the day and preventing pain.
Hearing stories like Krupa's is why I do what I do. She found relief from chronic pain and discovered a new form of meditation through our physio-led Pilates sessions. This is a testament to how transformative mindful movement can be.
The reformer isn't just for gentle movements; it's a powerful tool for developing advanced flexibility and back strength. This deep backbend, or 'Wheel Pose', demonstrates incredible spinal articulation and shoulder mobility, all supported by the machine.
You don't always need equipment to build a strong foundation. Our mat work focuses on the fundamentals of Pilates like breath, core engagement, and pelvic stability. Here, I demonstrate a front support series that builds full-body strength and control.
My goal is to help you find strength, flexibility, and wellness. I believe in moving the mind, body, and soul together for a truly transformational experience.
I've designed the studio to be a clean, welcoming, and fully equipped space for your practice. With a full line of Stott Pilates reformers, you have everything you need to start your journey.
About Featured
My sessions are not just about standard reps. Because I am a physiotherapist, I assess your movement patterns first, ensuring you use the reformer to correct imbalances, not just to sweat. Whether it is easing lower back pain or building core endurance, every movement is purposeful and tailored to your body's specific needs.
When you step into the studio, you will notice the difference immediately. We use premium Merrithew SPX Max Reformers—the industry standard—because the spring resistance allows for targeted muscle work without the joint strain of heavy gym weights.
The focus here is on the 'why' behind every exercise. You will learn to articulate your spine, master pelvic alignment, and breathe with intention. It is not about hitting numbers; it is about building the deep core stability required to stand taller and move pain-free.
Our small group classes, capped at six participants, ensure that you get the tactile cueing and form correction usually reserved for private training. If you are dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply want to understand your body better, we strip away the guesswork. You get a space where your physical wellness is treated as a science, and your growth is supported by a community that genuinely cares about how you move.
