The Reformer Experience
The Pilates Reformer is the centerpiece of my studio. It uses spring-loaded resistance to build lean muscle, improve core stability, and increase flexibility in a low-impact way. The Wunda Chair and Pilates Barrels are specialized pieces of equipment that offer unique challenges for balance, strength, and flexibility. They are excellent for targeting the core from different angles and improving spinal health and mobility.
Mat Pilates & Foundational Movements
The foundation of the entire Pilates method is the mat work. Using only your body weight and simple props, these exercises build deep core strength, improve posture, and teach the fundamental principles of control, breath, and precision.
