Session Specs
- 20 minutes active Impulse Training (approx. 90 mins gym equivalent) + 10 mins prep/cooldown
- 1-on-1 continuous supervision by a certified trainer
- Uses wired Studio EMS Vest and Strap system covering Chest, Back, Abs, Arms, Glutes, and Thighs
Gear & Facilities
- Includes rental of freshly laundered anti-bacterial cotton base layer (Top & Bottom)
- Training involves Dumbbells, Resistance Bands, and Stability Balls on artificial turf
- Trainer adjusts impulse intensity (Depth & Frequency) via touchscreen console
- Strict posture correction to align with physiotherapy standards
Hybrid Reformer EMS
Equipment Setup
- 20 to 25 minutes of dual-modality training
- Simultaneous use of Wired EMS Suit and Spring-based Pilates Reformer
- Includes usage of Pilates Ring (Magic Circle) or soft balls for adductor activation

- Includes rental of cotton under-suit and post-workout hydration
- Instructions use anatomical vocabulary for precise muscle targeting

EMS Training, My Way
I use EMS Training to make workouts feel fresher and more effective. My thing has always been blending mind and body, so EMS gives me a way to help you get deeper muscle engagement, faster. Basically, we put you in an EMS workout suit, and gentle electrical impulses get your muscles working harder than usual. You get the kind of full-body electrical stimulation that usually takes ages at the gym, but here, we get it done quicker.
How We Do It
- Two paths: Go for a straight-up high-efficiency fitness session, or mix EMS with Pilates on the Reformer for EMS Pilates fusion.
- Sessions are guided - I set up the suit and the control console for your level, and I’m with you the whole time.
- We don’t just push for results - I keep a close eye on safety, and adjust things to your comfort zone.
What’s Real
EMS isn’t magic, and not everyone loves the suit feeling at first. Some folks say it’s weird, but most get used to it. If you want something that feels modern and pushes your routine without crazy-long workouts, EMS is worth a shot. I bring my physio lens so you get safe muscle activation technology with each session, and I’m always happy to chat about what works for your body.

My Story
People call me Dr. Pilates, not just for fun - it’s from my physiotherapy days. I saw people hurting, not just from bad posture but from not really knowing their own bodies. Pilates clicked for me. It’s science, it’s art, it’s breathing right. I got deep into Stott Pilates, wanted to make a space where anyone - athletes, new moms, whoever - can move safe, heal, and feel strong. We’re a studio, but feels more like a tribe. We hike, we breathe, we grow together. This is my thing, my purpose.
