I combine my physiotherapy background with EMS technology to help you activate deeper muscle groups efficiently. Whether you're here for rehab or strength, we do it safely and scientifically.

This is my unique EMS Pilates fusion in action. A client performs a kneeling chest press on the Pilates Reformer while wearing the EMS suit. The first frame shows the control console where I customize the electrical impulse intensity for each muscle group, ensuring a safe and effective workout tailored to your body.

Here, I demonstrate how we integrate EMS with traditional weight training for accelerated results. A client performs weighted squats and dumbbell chest presses, with the EMS suit intensifying the muscle contractions for greater strength gains and workout efficiency.

As an instructor with a physiotherapy background, I believe in practicing what I teach. I am demonstrating a dynamic lunge and an overhead press, showing how the EMS suit provides resistance and support through the full range of motion for a safe, controlled workout.
