Choice of Grilled Chicken, Low-fat Paneer, Rajma, or Chickpeas cooked in a thick, onion-tomato based gravy. The preparation is strictly fat-free with no floating oil layers.

Paired with approximately 150g of fluffy Brown Rice or 2 to 3 Multigrain Chapatis (wheat, chana, oat mix).

Uses whole-wheat or brown bread variants instead of refined flour (Maida). The cooking method is strictly oil-free (steamed, grilled, or air-fried).

Why I Do This
Was a law student at Punjab University, gym freak, but the hostel mess food just made me go all susti (lethargic). Started cooking my own meals so I'd feel energised, not heavy. Friends tasted my badhiya (awesome) food and wanted in. That's when Dr. Diet happened—healthy food that actually tastes good.
My Food Philosophy
Healthy food shouldn't feel like a punishment. I put swaad (taste) and jajbat (emotion) into every meal, reworking your favourites so you can eat right without giving up on flavour.

My Story
Yaar, Dr. Diet ka idea hostel ke kamre se nikla tha. Law padhta tha Punjab University mein, par fitness ka keeda tha. Gym karta, fir mess ka khana kha ke lagta, kuch toh gadbad hai. Diet food roz kaun khaye, boring hota hai. Khud cook kiya, dosto ko khushboo aayi, bole - kya mast banata hai! Tab socha, healthy khana bhi swaad ka ho sakta hai. Ab hum guilt-free Indian meals shehron mein logon tak pahuncha rahe hain, Swiggy se award bhi mil gaya!
