- For new moms and moms-to-be, I build nutrition plans for every stage - pregnancy, recovery, and postpartum weight loss. I balance what your body needs with what you can actually manage day to day.
- If you’re into vegan or plant-based eating, I’ve got plenty of ideas. Think Vegan meal plan ideas like Quinoa Bhel Salad or Diet Dhokla, not just boiled veggies.
- Need a reset? My detox drinks for weight loss use stuff like jeera, ajwain, and sauf, plus metabolism-boosting teas and soups.
- I always check your health history. Diabetes, kidney stones, allergies - I work your needs into the diet so it’s safe and practical.

Hi, I'm Hargun - founder of Dietbank, but really just your friendly diet buddy. Delhi is home, but my clients are everywhere, Canada se Singapore tak (from Canada to Singapore). I hate boring food, so my plans are full of flavour - no more tasteless diets. My happiest moments? When someone says, 'I feel confident now!' or 'Lost weight after years!' For me, good food and good vibes go together.
