3-Day Himalayan Eco-Yoga Retreat
Accommodation & Meals
- 2 Nights / 3 Days stay at a mid-range eco-resort (e.g., Vedic Vibes) in Dharmkot/Yol Cantt.
- Twin-sharing basis in basic, nature-centric rooms (Non-AC).
- Full board Satvik vegetarian meals included (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).
Activity Schedule
- Two daily yoga sessions (Morning & Evening, ~90 mins) covering Hatha Yoga and Pranayama.
- Guided nature walks and meditation sessions by the river stream.
- Personal instruction by Dr. Ajay Kharbanda or senior instructors (Swati/Vidushi).
Logistics
- Includes local transfers for trekking points.
- Excludes travel expenses from home city to Dharmshala.
Corporate Wellness & Stress Management Workshop
Session Details
- Single session lasting 60 to 90 minutes.
- Led personally by Dr. Ajay Kharbanda (Naturopath) with one assistant for asana demonstration.
- Covers "Office Yoga" for neck/shoulder relief, Pranayama breathing, and laughter yoga.
Operational Requirements
- Suitable for groups up to 40 participants.
- Provider brings a portable mic system if venue sound is unavailable.
- Participants must bring their own yoga mats or practice on carpet/grass.
- Includes participation certificates for the organization or attendees.

Why I Do What I Do
For me, yoga is way more than just poses. It's about finding sukoon (peace) inside and quieting the mind, like Patanjali said - yogas chitta vritti nirodha. I believe everyone can get something out of yoga, whether you're looking to connect with yourself or with others.
Himalayan Yoga Retreats
I run small group retreats in and around Dharmshala, with the mountains and rivers all around. Practicing Hatha Yoga here is a different feeling - you really get to switch off, breathe, and focus on your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. I pick spots that help you escape the city noise and find proper sukoon. These retreats are for anyone who wants a nature-based yoga session in a beautiful setting.
Community & Corporate Events
I organise yoga events for all sorts of groups - parks, schools, institutions, even big stages like Yol Army Cantonment. The idea is simple: the yoga I teach is accessible, whether you’re a senior, a kid, or someone new to it. I handle everything, from leading the session (even for huge crowds) to making sure everyone feels included. If you want, I can also arrange participant certificates.

My Story
Namaskar! I’m Dr. Ajay Kharbanda, Doctor in Naturopathy, but mostly just someone who loves natural healing. My family runs our clinic together—yoga is our way of life. I’m 69, still practicing daily, and I always say, age is just a number. Whether teaching kids in Noida parks or guiding seniors in Dharmshala, I get pure joy watching people discover yoga’s magic. Yoga doesn’t steal your time, it gives it back. Hamesha muskurate rahe (Always keep smiling).
My Work

Yoga for All Ages - From kids to great grandparents, anyone can join. No age limit, just the will to try.
My Approach - Yoga is about peace, balance and calming the mind. No need for fancy poses, just regular practice.
