A Glimpse into My Yoga Journey
I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age. See some of my favourite moments, from quiet Himalayan retreats to lively community sessions in Noida.
Finding your inner sukoon (peace) is the true goal of yoga. Here is a moment of quiet meditation during one of my Himalayan retreats, where we connect with nature and ourselves.
It is a powerful experience to lead hundreds of people in unison, celebrating yoga with the Himalayas as our witness. This was at a large event I organized for the Yol Army Cantonment.
I believe age is just a number. With consistent practice, the body can achieve amazing things. Here I am holding Mayurasana (Peacock Pose) on a rock during a mountain session.
Yoga is also about connection. Practicing Natarajasana (Dancer's Pose) with a student on the beach shows how we can find balance together.
Practicing yoga on a quiet mountain road in Dharmshala. My retreats are designed to help you find these beautiful, peaceful moments to focus on your self-growth.
Yoga is for everyone, from the youngest to the oldest. I love seeing families and entire communities come together to practice, smile, and grow healthier.
At the end of my larger events, I can arrange for certificates of participation to acknowledge everyone's effort and dedication to their well-being.
About Featured
Whether you are joining me for a 3-day eco-retreat in the quiet of Dharmkot or part of a 40-person corporate workshop in the NCR, the goal remains the same: finding sukoon (peace). I focus on Hatha Yoga that works for your body, not just complex poses that look good on camera.
Finding Peace in Every Setting
These photos aren't just a portfolio. They are proof that you don't need a fancy studio to find balance. My practice is built on the belief that yoga is a way of life, meant to be accessible to everyone—from young children playing in a Noida park to seniors finding their strength in the mountains.
My Retreat Experience
In our Himalayan eco-retreats in Dharmkot, we strip away the noise. The focus is purely on Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and breathing in the crisp mountain air. We keep groups small so everyone gets personal attention, whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner. You’ll stay in basic, nature-centric rooms and eat simple Satvik meals, giving your body and mind a true reset.
Community & Corporate Work
Back in the plains, I bring that same focus to larger groups. I have led sessions for hundreds at venues like the Yol Army Cantonment, and I love the energy of community events. For corporate clients, I offer 60 to 90-minute workshops that address the reality of modern work—neck pain, shoulder tension, and stress. I provide everything needed, including a portable mic and participation certificates, making it easy for organizations to focus on employee wellness.
My Philosophy
I am 69, and I practice daily. When I teach, I focus on what is sustainable for the long term. If you are looking to start your journey or deepen your practice, let's connect. Hamesha muskurate rahe.
