About Our Practice Spaces: Studio & Nature
In our Sector 40 studio, we use props like blocks and straps to ensure your posture alignment is safe and correct, which is essential if you are working on specific ailments or rehabilitation. When we move to outdoor spaces—such as our park sessions in Noida or our retreats in Dharamshala—the practice shifts to focus more on pranayama and connecting your movement with the environment. I recommend starting with our studio sessions to build a solid foundation before joining our outdoor meetups to truly test your balance.
Finding Your Space
Yoga is about the mind, but the environment where you practice shapes the experience. We offer two distinct settings to help you grow.
Our Noida Studio (Sector 40) This is where the technical work happens. Our studio is designed for focus, with a maximum of 15 students per batch to ensure I can see everyone clearly. We focus on manual posture correction, using mats and blocks to help you hold asanas properly. If you are recovering from an injury, managing a health concern, or just getting started with Hatha Yoga, this controlled setting is where we build the necessary strength and safety.
Outdoor & Nature Sessions Yoga in the open air is a completely different energy. Whether it is an early morning session in an NCR park or our special yoga meetups in Dharamshala, nature acts as a teacher. The uneven ground and fresh air force you to engage your core and find stability in new ways. These sessions are perfect for those who already have a basic understanding of asanas and want to bring a sense of 'sukoon' (peace) into their practice.
Which one is for you?
- If you are a beginner: Start with our studio sessions. The personal attention you receive here is vital for learning the basics correctly.
- If you are seeking relief: Our 1-on-1 personal training often starts in the studio for assessment before we adapt it for your home or outdoor practice.
- If you want a community: Both our studio classes and outdoor gatherings are filled with students who have been with us for years. You will find friendship and support in both.
No matter where you choose to practice, the goal remains the same: calming the mind and keeping the body healthy. Hamesha muskurate rahe.
