This is what Divine Movement is all about. It doesn't matter what your age, size, or fitness level is. Aerial dance is for every single person who is brave enough to try. Here, we build strength, trust, and a community that lifts each other up.

Feeling nervous about starting something new? I created this introductory workshop for absolute beginners in aerial hoop and pole for that exact reason. You don't need to be strong to start, just brave enough to try. I'll guide you through every step.

Summer at the studio is for our little movers! Our kids' summer camp is a whirlwind of fun with dance, aerial hoop, and yoga. We even have special sessions where parents can join in for some quality bonding time.

Sometimes, movement is the best therapy. This is a look inside one of my healing workshops, where the goal isn't perfect steps, but pure emotional release and self-connection. As one student said, it feels like being a child again, free to play and explore.
