Special Dance Workshops and Fitness Events
From aerial doubles to 90s Bollywood sessions, our workshops are designed to help you find your groove, meet our community, and just have fun moving.
Our Friendship Day Aerial Doubles workshop is all about connection and teamwork. In this special session, you and a friend learn to create beautiful synchronized and supportive poses on the aerial hoop and silks, building trust and making memories.
We believe in celebrating movement in all its forms. This is from an event where our community came together to learn, dance, eat, and enjoy an aerial show. Keep an eye out for our next showcase night.
We also host guest instructors for unique workshops, like this 90s Bollywood choreography class. The class structure includes a full warm-up, dance drills, and learning performance-focused choreography, offering a different way to move in our studio.
About Special Workshops & Events
Our workshops are hosted in small groups, so we can actually focus on your form and confidence. Even if you are a total beginner, we prioritize safety on the mats and break down every move step by step so you never feel overwhelmed or out of place.
Think of our workshops as a low-pressure entry point into the studio. Whether you are curious about aerial arts but aren't ready for a full monthly commitment, or you just want to spend a Saturday dancing to 90s Bollywood tracks, these sessions are built for you.
Why Join Our Workshops?
- Try Before You Commit: Not sure if you want to sign up for a month of classes? Workshops give you a 90-minute or seasonal taste of what we do.
- Community Connection: These are often the events where our regulars and newcomers mix, grab snacks, and share the floor. It is about the social vibe as much as it is about the fitness.
- Special Guest Instructors: We frequently bring in artists from outside the studio to shake things up and teach new styles that aren't on our daily schedule.
- Showcase Opportunities: Some of our workshops culminate in small, supportive performances where students can show off what they have learned, celebrating progress rather than perfection.
Studio Infrastructure
We host these sessions in our Chhatarpur studio, which is air-conditioned and features laminate wooden flooring. For our aerial workshops, safety is our primary constraint. We use professional-grade crash mats under every rigging point and keep the group sizes small—capped at 4 to 6 students—to ensure I can provide hands-on spotting and individual corrections throughout the session.
