Toh iska dhyaan rakho (So, take care of it). I always say, your body is the only place you have to live. If you look after it, baaki sab a jayega (everything else will follow). Health comes first, and I keep it real - no shortcuts, no magic.
What My Classes Are Like
I mix old-school yoga with new-age fitness. You won’t find slow, boring sessions here. Expect a blend of power yoga for beginners, HIIT workout routines, and strength training at home. Sometimes we use bands, sometimes just a chunni (scarf) for resistance. Every class ends with mindfulness meditation techniques and pranayama, so you leave feeling lighter in your head too.
How You Can Train With Me
- Studio group classes in Rohini, North Delhi - mostly women, lots of support, lots of sweat.
- Live online classes - I’ll correct your form, even through the screen. Thoda aage karo (move a bit forward) is my go-to.
- Personal training at your home (Delhi/Noida) - for those who want one-on-one focus.
Who Should Join
If you want to lose weight, tone up, or manage issues like PCOS or thyroid with yoga, I’ve got you. Beginners are welcome. I also run Yoga Teacher Training Courses for those who want to teach.
What To Expect
Results come with time and consistency. Sabr rakhna seekho (Learn patience). I’ll push you, but I’ll also cheer you on with a loud Shabash! (Well done!) when you nail it. No drama, just honest progress.

My Story
Hi, I’m Mandeep. Health isn’t just a line for me, it’s my life. Main jeeta hoon apni fitness aur yoga ki philosophy (I live by my fitness and yoga philosophy). Family is everything - you’ll spot them in my photos, always. Spirituality? Big part. Mata Rani ki kripa sada bani rahe (May the Goddess always bless you). Sabr aur balance, bas yahi mantra hai (Patience and balance, that’s my mantra). Thoda celebrate karna bhi zaroori hai, har din, har moment.

Yoga and Fitness Classes - I offer online group yoga classes, personal training at home, power yoga for weight loss, kids yoga, and meditation. Demo class mil jayegi (demo class available).
Simple, Direct Teaching - Mera style seedha hai (my style is straight). ‘Galat kar rahe ho, thoda sa aage karo!’ but also ‘Shabash!’ Focus is always on correct form.
