Real Results: Yoga and Fitness Transformations
No shortcuts, just consistency. Here is a look at the transformations, strength, and real progress my students make every day in my Rohini studio and online classes.
I believe in leading from the front. This is a glimpse into one of my weight loss training sessions, where we combine dynamic movements and strength-building poses like planks to create a high-energy workout that gets results.

My studio group classes are a space for support and sweat. Here, we are moving through a sequence of Surya Namaskar, building heat and energy together. You can see the focus and camaraderie that makes each session special.
Proper form is everything. Here, I am providing hands-on assistance to a student with her headstand, ensuring she builds the pose safely and effectively. This one-on-one focus is a key part of my personal training and group classes.
Yoga is for everyone, including the little ones. In my kids' yoga sessions, we use fun tools like the stability ball to improve balance, coordination, and body awareness in a playful and engaging way.
Every class I teach ends with a moment of calm. This is our meditation time, where we quiet the mind, focus on our breath, and absorb the benefits of our physical practice, leaving you feeling lighter in your head.
Nothing makes me happier than seeing my students feel the change. This feedback after just one month, showing a 4.5kg weight loss and a 2.5-inch reduction, is a testament to what we can achieve with consistency.
You don't need fancy equipment to build strength. In my classes, we often use simple props like a scarf or a 'chunni' for resistance training, proving that an effective workout can be done anywhere.
Mastering a pose like Bakasana, or Crane Pose, is a journey of strength and balance. This is a pose I teach to help you build incredible core and arm strength, showing you what your body is capable of.

If you are struggling with your form, it is usually because you are rushing the movement. In my sessions, we stop and correct. Whether it is fixing your plank alignment or finding the right balance in a headstand, I am there to adjust you in real-time. You won't just 'do' yoga; you will learn exactly how to do it safely so that you see real strength gains.
My Approach: Old-School Yoga Meets Modern Fitness
I don't teach slow, boring sessions where you just hold a pose for 30 minutes. My training is built on a blend of Power Yoga and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). I want you to sweat, I want you to build muscle, and I want you to feel the change in your body.
Why This Works
- Real-Time Correction: Whether you are joining me at my Rohini studio or logging in from home for an online session, I watch your form. If you are doing a warrior pose incorrectly, I will tell you.
- Results-Oriented: We track progress. Whether you are here for weight loss, toning, or managing conditions like PCOS or thyroid, we use data. I monitor weight and inch loss so you know exactly what is changing.
- No Fancy Gear Needed: You don't need a high-end gym. We use body weight, chairs, walls, or just a simple scarf for resistance. If you have the floor space, you have a gym.
Training Options
- Studio Group Classes (Rohini): Women-only, AC facility with wooden flooring. This is where we build energy, support each other, and sweat.
- Live Online Classes: Perfect if you cannot commute. You get the same verbal cues and posture correction as my offline students.
- Personal Training (Delhi/Noida): 1-on-1 sessions at your home for specific needs like prenatal care or back pain therapy.
Everything ends with mindfulness and pranayama. If your head feels heavy with stress, you will leave feeling lighter. Sabr rakhna seekho (learn patience), and the results will follow.
