Getting kids off screens and onto the mat is all about making it fun. My sessions use games and storytelling to build focus, flexibility, and confidence, one playful pose at a time.

This young student is practicing Nadi Shodhana Pranayama, or alternate nostril breathing. Teaching children breathing techniques helps them calm their minds and improve focus.

Kids do not learn by following rigid instructions; they learn by moving and playing. In my sessions, we turn traditional yoga poses into stories and games, which keeps them engaged while they naturally improve their balance, focus, and strength. It is not about forcing them to sit still; it is about using their natural energy in a positive way that helps them calm down and concentrate better afterward.
