A workout is incomplete without a calm mind. I incorporate mindfulness, pranayama, and meditation into every session to help you reduce stress and leave feeling mentally refreshed.

This is the meditation portion of our class, a time for quiet reflection and Aum chanting. It's the perfect way to cool down and integrate the benefits of the practice.

Here, I am guiding students through breath-holding techniques (Kumbhaka) during pranayama. This practice helps increase lung capacity and brings a deep sense of calm.
