Real weight loss happens through consistency, not shortcuts. I combine power yoga, HIIT, and resistance training to help you burn fat and build stamina, whether you are in my Rohini studio or training live online.

We use resistance bands, like this 'chunni', to deepen stretches and build strength during our weight loss training. This side bend targets the obliques and helps in reducing side fat for a more toned midsection.
