You will often hear me say, 'Galat kar rahe ho, thoda aage karo' during our sessions. I do not believe in letting you struggle with incorrect alignment. Whether we are working on a deep backbend or a strength-based lunge, I focus on the micro-adjustments that make the pose effective and safe for your specific body type.

Advanced asanas are not just about visual perfection. They are about the discipline required to control your body and mind simultaneously. In my practice, I combine the precision of traditional yoga with the metabolic benefits of HIIT and strength training to ensure you are not just flexible, but physically strong.

My Training Approach

  • Precision over Quantity: We start by correcting your foundation. If your posture is wrong, we stop, adjust, and restart.
  • Integrated Fitness: I blend Surya Namaskar variations with modern HIIT workouts. This helps you build lean muscle while maintaining the mobility needed for complex poses.
  • Mindfulness as a Tool: Every advanced session ends with specific pranayama (breathing techniques). This balances your cortisol levels and helps you recover faster after intense exertion.

How We Work Together

I offer two primary environments for this level of training. My studio in Rohini is a dedicated, air-conditioned space with wooden flooring and mirrors, perfect for those who want a structured group environment. For those who prefer 1-on-1 focus, I travel across Delhi and Noida to provide personal training. We track your progress weekly, focusing on inch loss, strength gains, and the gradual mastery of poses you once thought were impossible.
