Pro-Level Kabaddi Training and Coaching in Delhi
We combine the grit of traditional mud courts with the precision of modern mat practice to build complete, competition-ready kabaddi players.
This is what a perfect solo dash looks like in a real zonal match. We train our defenders to be a wall, using power and timing to stop any raider in their tracks.
See the perfect 'dubki' in action during a league match on the mat. We drill this move until it's a reflex, teaching raiders how to escape the toughest chain tackles and score crucial points.
The ankle hold is a fundamental defensive skill, and we master it on the mud court. Watch how a well-timed hold can completely immobilize a raider, showcasing the grit we build here.
Explosive power is key in kabaddi. Here, you can see our raiders practicing their jump skills with tire drills, building the leg strength needed to leap over defenders and get back to safety.
This is the result of all the hard work. Our players proudly holding the trophy after securing the 2nd position in the Unique Kabaddi League in Haryana. We don't just train, we build champions.
The joy of winning. This is our team celebrating a victory, holding up trophies and certificates. This is the spirit and family we have built at our adda.
We are proud to train the next generation of women's kabaddi champions. Admissions are open for our girls' batches, where we focus on building skill, strength, and a winning mindset.
Proof of our success. One of our top defenders, Vivek, was voted Best Right Cover and selected for the UP Youth Kabaddi League Dream Team. We prepare our players for professional opportunities.
About Featured
The secret to our results isn't just one move; it is how we transition you between surfaces. We alternate your training between traditional mud courts for leg power and resistance, and standardized mats for competition speed. This is exactly why our students, like our YKL Dream Team defender Vivek, can jump from a local practice session to a professional league trial without missing a beat.
Mud vs. Mat: Building The Complete Athlete
Kabaddi demands two different sets of skills: raw, earthy strength and refined, tactical speed. That is exactly what we simulate here at the Adda.
Mud Courts (Akhada): Training on mud is non-negotiable. It builds your base, your lung capacity, and your durability. When you practice here, you are working against the natural resistance of the earth. This makes you faster and more explosive when you finally step onto the competition mat.
Mat Practice: We introduce mat training to fine-tune your reaction time. This is where we sharpen the high-speed maneuvers—the 'Dubki' (dive), the 'Lion Jump', and the 'Toe Touch'—that decide the outcome of a do-or-die raid.
Skills We Drill Until They Are Reflex
We focus on the micro-movements that make or break a match:
- Raiding: It is not just about speed; it is about timing. We teach you how to synchronize your breath (Cant) with your footwork so that your entry and exit from the defender’s zone are seamless.
- Defense: We treat an ankle hold as a geometric puzzle. You learn where to anchor, how to trap, and exactly how to work as a chain with your teammates to pull off a dash.
Preparing for the Real Game
We do not just do drills; we simulate match pressure. You will play practice matches where the goal is to think clearly under extreme physical exhaustion. Whether you are aiming for the UP Youth League or local state-level trials, you will know exactly what to do when the game is on the line. Our doors in Shadipur are open for boys and girls who are ready to put in the work.
