When your delivery arrives, please transfer it straight to your refrigerator and let it sit for twenty minutes before serving to ensure the cream texture and fruit slices are perfectly set.
I wait all year for the first crate of Ratnagiri Alphonsos to arrive. There is something special about working with fruit that is at its absolute peak. In my kitchen, we do not believe in using mango essence, so our collection is strictly limited to when the fruit is in season.

Because we use fresh cream and generous layers of fruit, these large cakes require a bit of lead time to prepare. Please place these specific orders at least 24 hours in advance so we can source the freshest mangoes for you.
