Mango Mania: Fresh Alphonso Cakes & Desserts

Hello everyone, my favourite season is here. I love working with mangoes, and this year we have 17 different mango cakes and desserts for you to try. I'm sure you'll find a new favourite.

My son, Suchit, talks about how our Mango Biscoff Cheesecake was created. He also introduces two new mango cheesecakes we're excited for you to try: a Classic Mango Cheesecake and a Mango Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake.

An interesting combination I tried: Mango Chocolate Divine Cake. It features a rich chocolate mousse topped with chunks of sweet mango. The contrast is surprisingly delicious.
