About The Mango Collection
Since I only source Alphonso mangoes when they are at their peak sweetness, this menu is strictly seasonal. If you see your favorite tart, cheesecake, or cake available, I recommend grabbing it while the fruit is at its best. For larger event orders, please give me at least 48 hours of notice so I can personally source the freshest batch for your dessert.
