I believe that dietary restrictions should not stop anyone from enjoying a beautiful dessert. That is why I started working on this collection. It was not enough to just make healthy alternatives. I wanted to make sure that my sugar-free cakes and gluten-free treats tasted exactly like the classics I have been baking for years.
