When I get my hands on fresh, seasonal strawberries, I don't believe in hoarding them. Whether you are ordering my signature Biscoff Cheesecake or the Chocolate Strawberry Cake, the berries you taste were likely in my kitchen only hours before. Everything is made-to-order, which means I can ensure the fruit stays firm and flavourful, exactly as it should be.
My philosophy with the strawberry collection is simple: less is more. I treat the berries with the respect they deserve, so you won't find them buried under heavy syrups or overly sweetened glazes. When the season is at its peak, I source the finest fruit, ensuring every slice of our Strawberry Almond Gateau or spoonful of our single-serve dessert tub bursts with that perfect balance of tart and sweet.
I am often asked why our Chocolate Strawberry cake remains a best-seller year after year. It is because of the contrast. The deep, dark cocoa sponge provides a grounded base, while the fresh strawberry chunks add a brightness that cleanses the palate.
Whether you are in Mumbai or Bengaluru, the standard remains the same. If you are planning a celebration, keep in mind that these cakes rely on the fruit's natural water content. Because we do not use heavy preservatives, these desserts are best enjoyed on the day of delivery. If you are ordering for a larger party, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so I can pick the best berries for your order.
