About this collection
Because these desserts rely on the quality of the fruit, we only use the freshest Alphonso or locally sourced mangoes when they are at peak ripeness. This means our mango menu is strictly limited to the season, so you get that real, juicy flavour in every bite instead of relying on syrups or essences.
Our Mango Mania menu is the highlight of our year at Shikha's Le Gateau. We believe mangoes are special, and they deserve more than just being a garnish. I am Sonal, and this bakery started in my mom Shikha's tiny kitchen. We are now a team of 16 operating from Domlur, but every mango dessert we bake still gets that same home-kitchen love and attention to detail.
