I have always loved experimenting with textures in my kitchen. When I discovered the crunch of Kunafa, I knew I had to incorporate it into my desserts. Here is my new collection, featuring everything from crunchy cheesecakes to stuffed festive chocolates.

Hello everyone, the strawberry season is back, and so am I with a new collection. I've been wanting to use the crunch of Kunafa in my desserts, and I'm so excited to share this new range of strawberry Kunafa creations with you.

Our new Kunafa Strawberry collection is now live. The crunch of the Kunafa pastry combined with fresh strawberries and creamy cheesecake creates an incredible mouthfeel. We're excited for you to try it.

Introducing our exciting new 'Kunafa-Strawberry Biscoff Cheesecake'. It's my classic Strawberry Biscoff Cheesecake, but with an added layer of crunchy Biscoff Kunafa at the base.

About Experimental Creations: The Kunafa Collection

If you are trying these for the first time, I recommend the Kunafa-Strawberry Biscoff Cheesecake. I spent months perfecting the base so that the Biscoff Kunafa keeps its crunch even against the creaminess of the filling. It is a texture play that I am particularly proud of, and it is best eaten fresh to enjoy that contrast between the crisp pastry and the soft cream.
