When fresh strawberries arrive, my kitchen is filled with their sweet fragrance. This collection features all my strawberry creations, from the crowd-favourite Chocolate Strawberry cake to the popular Strawberry Biscoff Cheesecake and creamy Strawberry Tres Leches. Everything is made-to-order with the freshest, juiciest strawberries I can find.

Mango Mania

For me, summer means the arrival of sweet, fragrant Alphonso mangoes from Ratnagiri. I get so excited to create new desserts with them every year. This collection features all my mango specials, including the famous Mango Biscoff Cheesecake, light Mango Gateau, and a variety of new combinations I've experimented with.

The Berry Patch

I love the tartness and vibrant colour of fresh berries. This collection features desserts made with raspberries, blueberries, and a mix of seasonal berries. My personal favourite is the Raspberry Biscoff Cheesecake, where the tartness of the fruit perfectly cuts through the sweetness of the Biscoff.

Chocolate Lovers' Collection

For those who believe chocolate is the answer, this collection is for you. I have created nine different kinds of chocolate cakes and desserts, from the classic Chocolate Truffle to the rich Chocolate Hazelnut and the crunchy Chocolate Praline. Each one is made with high-quality chocolate for a truly indulgent experience.

This collection features our timeless, year-round favourites that you can enjoy any time. It includes our legendary Biscoff Cheesecake, the classic Italian Tiramisu, and our soft, milky Tres Leches. I've also recently introduced my new line of Crème Del-a Crème dessert tubs, which are perfect for a single-serving indulgence.

I get bored easily, so I'm always experimenting with new flavours and textures in my kitchen. I fell in love with the crunch of Kunafa and wanted to incorporate it into my desserts. This collection is the result, featuring Kunafa-based cheesecakes, dessert tubs, and even festive chocolates.
