When the seasons shift, my kitchen fills with the scent of fresh berries. From tart raspberries to sweet strawberries, this collection celebrates the vibrant flavours of the harvest in every bite.
I wanted to share the story of how I came up with my fruit-infused Biscoff cheesecakes. My personal favourite is the Raspberry Biscoff Cheesecake because the tartness of the berries creates a perfect balance of flavours.
Hello everyone, our berry collection is now live. We've managed to source beautiful raspberries, blueberries, and even some fresh strawberries to create a wonderful range of desserts for you.
As the mango season ends, the berry season begins. I take a lot of effort to source good quality berries to create my favourite desserts, like the mixed berry gateau and the new mixed berry cheesecake.

You might notice my berry cakes, like the Raspberry Biscoff Cheesecake, have a distinct tartness. I intentionally pair these tart berries with sweet, creamy layers to ensure the flavour is balanced rather than just sugary. If you prefer something light, my Tres Leches options are soaked in a milk mixture that lets the natural fruit shine through without feeling heavy.
When the seasons shift, my kitchen changes. I get so excited when the fresh crate of raspberries and blueberries arrives, and I believe that is the best time to bake.
My goal with this collection is to make sure you taste the fruit, not just the sugar. That is why I spend time sourcing high-quality berries that actually have flavour.
