Yoga is a part of my life that travels with me and finds its way into everything I do. These are moments from my personal practice, travels, and time at the gym, showing how movement is my happy hour.

About My Practice & Travels
You might see me balancing on a mountain or finding stillness in a busy city, but the goal is always the same: finding my breath. Whether you are looking to build strength in a gym setting or find peace through travel inspired flows, I believe yoga is accessible wherever you are. My practice isn't about looking perfect on the mat, it is about showing up for yourself regardless of the location.
My mat travels with me, and I have learned that yoga is less about the setting and more about the mindset. Whether I am teaching online Hatha classes from Bengaluru or finding a toe stand at the gym, the objective is consistent: logging off from the noise and tuning into myself.
