About DIY Home Decor Workshops
Why I Do This
Making things by hand is my way of zoning out from all the noise and just chilling with myself. Honestly, it's like my own version of meditation. I started these workshops so others could also feel that simple joy - not chasing perfection, just enjoying the process and feeling proud of what you make.
How We Roll: DIY, Desi Style
I’m all about khud hi kar lo (do it yourself) - it's more satisfying than just shopping, trust me. We focus on upcycled home decor projects, finding gems in what you'd usually throw away. That old can? Could be your next planter. Leftover fabric? Let's make it pop on your wall as fabric wall art. I love weaving in bits of Bangalore - from Commercial Street fabrics to quirky finds from local markets.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Plan your own decor project, start to finish
- Try out tools like hot glue guns (don’t worry, I’ll show you)
- Learn hands-on furniture makeover tricks using Mod Podge and paints
- Layer materials for texture - makes things look next-level
- Get creative with stuff you already have at home
Stuff We Make
We tackle everything from beginner-friendly DIY classes to statement art pieces and upcycled lamps. Even if you mess up - hot glue everywhere, paint on your shirt, whatever - it’s cool. That’s how you learn. No stress, just a bunch of people trying new things and having a laugh.
If you’re keen on making your space more “you”, this is your jam.

My Story
Hey, I’m Deepanshi. I teach yoga, but that’s just one slice of my life. You’ll usually spot me in my balcony garden, covered in soil, or lost in some DIY craft that takes forever but makes me weirdly happy. I love traveling – Udaipur’s lakes, Aussie kangaroos, koalas snoozing – all that magic sticks with me. I’m big on living green, making my own bio-enzymes, and connecting everything: yoga, creativity, travel, and the planet. Sab kuch ek saath hai (everything’s together).
My Work
Yoga classes for every mood - I offer online Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa, plus Surya Namaskar guidance and even aerial silks practice.
Real, honest teaching style - I’m all about showing up, not chasing perfection. I share my fails too; growth is messy, and that’s okay.
Safe space for everyone - Feeling overwhelmed? My classes help you turn inward, breathe, and find calm. Newbies or pros, all are welcome.
Beyond flexibility - You’ll learn mindful breathwork, presence, and how to be a warrior, not a worrier. It’s your peaceful hour.
