An intimate group sound bath at my wellness studio. Participants are guided into a relaxed state, allowing the sound vibrations to work on a cellular level to reduce anxiety and promote inner peace.

About Group Sound Baths
When you join a group session, we aren't just listening to music. You will lie on a yoga mat while I use specific Tibetan bowls, chimes, and rainsticks to create a vibrational environment. It’s effective because it helps shift your brain state from busy to relaxed—perfect if you have trouble switching off after a long week.
Being part of a group helps. There is a unique energy when five to twelve people share the same space, all looking for that same pause button. We start with a short guided relaxation, similar to Yoga Nidra, to settle the mind and get you comfortable on your mat.
Then, I guide you through a 3D sound environment using my 7-chakra Tibetan bowls, a 12-bar swinging chime, and a tongue drum. You don't need to do anything but lie still. As the vibrations wash over the group, they help reset your nervous system and release physical tension.
I host these sessions at the Nrityog movement arts Space in Horamavu, Bangalore. It is a quiet, dedicated studio space away from the city traffic. Whether you are coming alone or with friends, the goal is simple: progress over perfection. You leave with a bit more clarity than you came in with. After the sound work, we always hold a short period of silence to let the experience settle before you head back into your day.
