I am officially a certified Master Sound Practitioner. I am deeply grateful to my teacher, Vaishali, for guiding me into this life-changing world of healing.

This is me, just cruising through life one good vibe at a time. My mission is to share the peace I have found through sound and movement with all of you.
About My Journey & Certifications
This certification wasn't just about completing a course; it was about mastering the science of sound vibrational therapy. When I apply these techniques—whether it’s brain entrainment, chakra balancing, or cellular detox—I am following the exact, tested protocols I learned during my intensive training, ensuring every session I offer is safe, grounded, and effective.
My path to becoming a certified Master Sound Practitioner was intensive and life-changing. Training with the Institute for Sound Healing allowed me to dive deep into both the ancient wisdom of Tibetan singing bowls and the modern science of vibrational frequencies.
Why Certification Matters
Sound is powerful. It affects our brain waves, our nervous system, and our physical body. I didn't want to just play bowls; I wanted to understand the protocol behind the vibration. My training focused on:
- Brainwave Entrainment: Using specific frequencies to shift your mind into Alpha or Theta states, which is where true rest happens.
- Cellular Detox: Learning how sound waves can stimulate release at a deeper physical level.
- Aura Cleansing: Techniques to clear stagnant energy from your personal space or field.
The Teacher & The Tradition
I am deeply grateful to my teacher, Vaishali, for guiding me into this magical world. Learning alongside other practitioners reminded me that we are all on a shared journey. This practice is part of the 'Enge family' (our family) philosophy—it is not about me, it is about creating a space where the Universe can do its work.
Whether you are coming for a 1-on-1 session to address specific aches or joining a group sound bath, know that my approach is rooted in this professional foundation. I combine this technical knowledge with the same discipline I bring to my martial arts practice—steady, focused, and always moving toward peace. Om Namah Shivaya.
