Kids Boxing and Muay Thai Fundamentals
We don’t do daycare. Here, your child learns striking fundamentals through repetition, discipline, and the daily grind of boxing and Muay Thai.
Boxing teaches more than just how to punch. This young athlete is learning self-discipline, focus, and how to connect his mind to his body's movements. Each session sharpens his reflexes and builds his confidence.
Repetition builds mastery. We drill techniques like this hook over and over until it becomes muscle memory. Consistency is key to turning a learned move into a natural reaction. Chal chal chal!
This is where it begins. It's not about aggression; it's about focus. I teach kids how to stand, how to move, and how to strike with proper form, building their confidence with every single punch they learn.
About Striking Fundamentals: Boxing & Muay Thai
We run 60-minute sessions in small batches of 10 to 15 students, focusing on the repetitive drilling of stance, footwork, and basic striking combos. Don't expect luxury here; you will find standard puzzle mats and heavy bags where the focus is entirely on building muscle memory and discipline, not on playtime.
Our Approach to Striking
We believe in doing the basics until they become second nature. Our striking curriculum for kids isn't about teaching them to fight; it’s about teaching them how to move, react, and control their environment. We start with the foundation: boxing stance, jab-cross mechanics, and Muay Thai kick fundamentals. Everything we do is designed to turn conscious effort into subconscious reaction.
Why This Matters
Most parents walk through our doors looking for anti-bullying strategies. What they find is something more profound: mental fortitude. When a kid spends forty minutes drilling a single hook, they learn that frustration is a feeling, not a reason to quit. They learn that showing up is the first step, and consistency is the only way to get better.
What You Need to Know
- The Grind: We train in a functional, utilitarian space in Andheri East. It’s sweaty, it’s loud, and it’s meant to be hard work.
- The Structure: We offer 12-session monthly packages. We recommend three days a week to ensure they can balance schoolwork with their training.
- The Mentality: We hold them to the same standard as our adult fighters. We expect them to listen to commands, treat their partners with respect, and show up ready to work. If you are looking for a place where your child is coddled, this isn't it. If you want them to build real confidence through honest effort, you are in the right place.
