In every session, you’ll find us breaking down wrestling sprawls or refining a takedown transition for the hundredth time. It’s sweaty, it’s noisy, and we won’t let you cut corners. We don’t do easy. Our sessions are built for those who understand that growth happens outside the comfort zone. Whether you are aiming for competitive fight camp or just want to get in the best shape of your life, we treat every student the same way: with high expectations and zero filler.
Why Train With Us?
- Structured Intensity: We start with basics. You won't be sparring on day one. You will learn the mechanics of a single-leg takedown or how to maintain ground control before we ever up the intensity.
- The Environment: We are a non-AC facility in Andheri East with industrial fans and standard EVA foam mats. It gets hot, you will sweat, and you will learn to focus despite the exhaustion.
- Technical Focus: We blend Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, and No-Gi grappling. Our coaches constantly shout corrections during live rounds. If you hear "क्या कर रहा है बे तू?" (What are you doing, man?), it’s not an insult—it’s a reminder to keep your head in the game.

We train everyone from kids learning discipline to pros preparing for the cage.
- Foundation Access: Perfect for those starting out or balancing a busy schedule. 12 sessions a month focused on fundamental mechanics.
- Unlimited Fighter Access: For the serious practitioner. Daily sessions, full-contact sparring, cage wall wrestling, and conditioning work designed to break your limits.
There are no secrets here. No shortcuts. Just show up, listen to the coach, and do the work. Consistency is the only way to get better.
