About Zumba & More

In my sessions, it’s not about perfecting every step—it’s about the energy. I mix official Zumba rhythms with Bollywood beats and retro tracks so you actually look forward to the workout. Whether you are a total beginner or just looking to switch up your routine, my choreography is easy to follow, leaving you feeling more energized than when you walked in.

What to Expect

My Zumba and dance fitness classes are designed to be a judgment-free zone. We start with a 5-7 minute mobility warm-up to get the joints ready, followed by 40-45 minutes of high-intensity cardio. We cycle through official Zumba steps, high-energy Bhangra intervals, and Bollywood routines. We finish with a cool down of static stretching and breathwork, so you leave the studio feeling relaxed rather than just exhausted.

Why It Works

Fitness doesn't have to feel like a chore. People tell me they wait all week for my class because the music is loud, the moves are fun, and everyone is there to support each other. You don't need 'two left feet' to start; I break down the routines so everyone can keep up.
