Bhangra mode on with "Chal Jindua". This Punjabi trend is all about high knees, shoulder shrugs, and non-stop energy. It's a fantastic cardio workout that feels like a party.

A beautiful Bhangra routine on the song "Tayaari Haan Di Hai". This group dance is full of love and graceful Bhangra moves, perfect for a feel-good workout.

Sweating and slaying the Bhangra way with this routine on "Softly". This Punjabi track is perfect for a high-energy dance fitness session.

"Lak Tunu Tunu" is all about unstoppable Bhangra grooves. This session at Chisel PD Vihar was full of energy and fun, a perfect example of our power-packed classes.

"Jatt Da Pyaar Goriye" with Bhangra beats on repeat. This Diljit Dosanjh track brings out the best energy in everyone, making for an intense and fun cardio session.
