Groove, sweat, and slay. This is the mantra of my dance fitness classes. A glimpse into a high-energy session at Chisel PD Vihar on "Maada Laadla".

"Jhoome Jo Pathaan" is all about Bollywood moves with a fitness groove. This class was packed with energy and SRK-style swag.

A typical Saturday vibe in my class. We are dancing to "Saturday Saturday" and the energy is electric. It's the best way to kick off the weekend.

The "Panwadi" groove mode is on. This trending track from "Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety" is a fun, quirky number that we had a blast dancing to.

"Bijuriya Bijuriya" brings the 90s swag back. This reloaded version is a super fun track for a group dance workout, full of energetic hook steps.

A fun routine on "Uncha Lamba Kad". This track is great for a full-body workout with simple, repetitive steps that everyone can follow.

"Phulari Bina Chutney" from Dabangg 2 has such a fun hook step. We had a great time recreating Salman Khan's moves in this class.

"Kambakkht Ishq" is a track that's full of attitude and energy. Recreating this routine with my squad is always a blast.

Grooving to Karan Aujla's "For a Reason". This Punjabi pop track has a great beat for a dance fitness routine.
