We love celebrating, and our Garba and Dandiya sessions are a studio favorite. Dressed in vibrant traditional attire, we learn authentic steps and twirl to the festive beats. It’s a cultural celebration through dance.

If you need balance, we incorporate yoga flows and resistance band work to make sure you are getting flexible and strong while you sweat.
Never danced before? That is my favorite kind of student. I break down every step, keeping things slow at first so you can taal sa taal mila (match rhythm to rhythm). We have a mix of morning and evening batches, including ladies-only slots, so you can pick what works for your routine. We keep our batches small to ensure everyone gets feedback on their movement.
